   Natalie and I were hanging out drinking on the balcony…then I heard a noise in the pool I look and there is a crow struggling in the pool and drowning. Our rescue instincts kick in, and I’m running out the door natalie is throwing me rubber gloves. We get down to the pool and he is stuck in the filter, so we get him out of the filter and scoop him up with a net and get him out of the pool. He (aka shivering Tim) doesn’t move for a good 30 minutes, then he starts hobbling along and we follow keeping an eye on him but he still can’t fly. Since this is beyond any of our expertise we call a no kill animal shelter to have him picked up. They come pick up Tim and the first thing he says “Thats a big beak!” But everything is alright now!
